General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The breathing difficulty can be of multiple level origin as lung or extra pulmonary causes:
- Pulmonary infection, congestion, low grade bronchitis, pneumonia or others from low immunity and compromise with diameter of the bronchi of lungs
- Smoking and tobacco consumption
- Diaphragm weakness
- Low hemoglobin with anemia development
- Stress and anxiety
- Liver or other intra abdomen pathology compressing the diaphragm

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
