What Causes Breathing Difficulty In A Nasopharygeal Carcinoma Survivor?

I am a 5 year survivor of nasopharygeal carcinoma. My worse side affect is the breathing issues that I am now having. I also have a deviated spectrum. The muscus is so bad and thick and I rinse with nasal rinse 7-8 times a day. Any suggestions to help with this, and when talking to others what is the medical turn used for this issue? Thanks for any suggestions!

Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for your question
I completely understand your question
you may be suffering from upper / lower resp tract infection along with rhino sinusitis
you need to consult a pulmonologist to evaluate the condition and to rule out other causes like mets.
pulmonologist may start you on some broad spectrum antibiotics and nasal decongestants like cefexime and fexofenadine
steam inhalation three times ll help
you can disscuss the above mentioned diagnosis and treatment with the pulmonologist who will guide u regarding the disease and prescribe you the treatment
thanks
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
