Hi i have a problem i have started minoxidil about a month now without propecia.. and i notice some side effects like dificult breathing at the morning and some small testicule pains some times and a little bit dicreased libido.. I thought this is just in my head and if i start working out everything will be better.. I went 3 days every morning to run and swim at the beach.. well its been a long time since i was doing that daily and i notice that i was getting very tired and could not run over 50 meters.. so i pushed my limits and i run and swim those 3 days every morning about 1 hour and 30 minutes every day, i was getting realy tierd and when i was back to home and try to masturbate i notice that my sperm count has decreased tragicaly.. only 2 little drops when i masturbate and very decreased libido too , i have freak out this was for about 3 days that i was swimming and now i dont swim or workout for 2 days and nothing have changed.. do you know if this is from minoxidil or from excessive workout? when its going to get back to normal i fell realy stressed about this.. thank you
