Hi, thanks for joining us at Healthcare Magic.
We are very please to serve you some good information about your medical condition.

Chances that you might have angina pectoris. This condition is caused by the narrowing of arteries to the heart so that blood flow does not flow normally. The symptoms are felt chest felt tightness or sharp pain such as muscle cramps on the left chest. Usually occurs after physical activity that makes the heart work harder.

I suggest you to meet a cardiologist for a better work-up and treatment.
Treatment of left chest pain varies depending on the cause. Most importantly, identify the symptoms that require immediate action, such as typical pain caused by a heart attack.
When you feel chest pain, try to lie down and take a few short breaths. Drinking water can help to calm down. Pain relief medication may help relieve pain.

However, seek medical help immediately if the chest pain is experienced:
1. Feels heavy, like depressed and squeezed.
2. Pain spread from chest to arm, back, and jaw.
3. Pain lasts more than 15 minutes.
4. Accompanied by nausea, vomiting blood, shortness of breath and sweaty body.
5. Has risk of coronary heart disease. This risk can arise if you smoke, have obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.

Do not underestimate your left chest pain. Immediately seek the help of a doctor to recognize the symptoms you feel in order to obtain appropriate help.

Regards,
Take care.
