Hi..Can understand your concern..As per your query about breathing difficulty and burning sensation in lungs after using tobacco for 4 months is that there are numerous toxins and chemicals relesed after it goes inside from mouth to gastrointestinal tract which produces different types of side effect especially on respiratory system..You need to have a thorough examination and evaluation of lungs by investigation like chest xray by consultinga physician ..It totally depends on body immunity to tolerate these type of exposure..Quit smoking and taking tobacco in any form and stop drinking..You can take mint or other tobacco like flavoured chewing gums when you desire it....Treatment will depend on your diagnosis...I hope the information helps you...Take care.
