What Causes Breast Pain And Brown Discharge After Unprotected Intercourse?
I had unprotcted on the 14th of febuary . Lastnight i thought i started my period but in the morning i looked and i had brown discharge . My breast been hurting and my nipples been hard evreysince this happened i been having cramps to . And i been bloaded what is this ?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatmenht options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) As you have mentioned that your periods are due now, your symptoms can be due to premenstrual hormone changes.
3 ) As you have history of unprotected sex act, I will suggest you to wait for your expected date of the cycle.
If you happen to cross your dates, then you can suspect about pregnancy.
In that case, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
4 ) If you are not pregnant then your symptoms can be due to PMS - premenstrual syndrome. In that case, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise. Start on long acting form of Vitamin B 6, vitamin E and evening primrose oil supplements on daily basis at least for next 3 months.
5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.
6) I will suggest you to get proper sex counselling done. Use of suitable contraceptive method like condom will help you to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
