Hi,

Brain hemorrhage or intracranial bleeding is a serious condition. 48 to 72 hours after stroke is a crucial time as far as the prognosis is concerned. If patient recovers in this period, he or she will likely make good progress. But there are certain other factors too which will determine his prognosis. I would like to see the CT scan for further guidance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
