What Causes Bowel Incontinence Upon Bending Down?

I want to know why at 62 if i strain, bend over pick things up i pass gas and actually loose soft bowel comes out and i don’t even know it . Feel it nothing. It is embarrasing i don’t want to go anywhere. I have be ome uninvolved in society. I don’t want a colonoscopy as it makes me sick to drink that stuff. I physically cannot drink that much. What can i take over the counter injust had spahetti for dinner and with 1/2 hour shit myself sitting in a chair

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due To nerve involvement and if I recur on bending down it may be due to nerve entrapment and spine X-rays and if needed CT or MRi may also be needed. It is preferable to get a neurologist opinion in the first priority as It should be promptly investigated to reverse the condition. Local causes may be ruled out afterwards with a gastroenterologist review.
