What Causes Bouts Of Constipation, Diarrhea And Urinary Retention?
Good evening Dr Rynne A few days ago I did a silly think and ate too much one evening (2 half pound cheese burgers and very large fries.) it caused havock the next day and after substantial bowel movement, a nasty pain in the right side of my lower stomach lasted for 2 days and accompanied by bouts of constipation and dihorroea. I cleared it with lactulose gradually but during this process I developed a persistent need to urinate even though only little comes each time. If I try to ignore it and go about my business it becomes so accute that I let go and sprinkle myself but it s never a large amount becuse of the frequency. I can t sleep at night because of the urge right now..
