What Causes Body Tremors In A Hypertensive Person?

My husband has these body tremors. Not everyday but they are terrible. He trembles all over his body. He can t sleep or even sit for very long. What can be causing this. He has many medical issues. Has had heart surgery to replace a value, high blood pressure, diabeties, he is on Fentyal and Hydrocrodon for pain for his back is very bad.
