What Causes Body-shaking, Chills, Fatigue, Headache And Vomiting Of Blood?

Hello. I have recently been experiencing extreme body-shaking chills, fatigue, 5 weeks of headache behind eyes, what feels like bone pain or arthritis and swelling of tissue, overall pain as if I have been pummeled, numbing in extremities with pain and the feeling that the bones are being filled with cold concrete mix, hard cough, vomiting blood and bile, skin eruptions that are hard and prickly as sandpaper on face and neck, sinus pain, cartilage of my nose aches badly, the mastoid under my ears are extremely painful to touch, overall sick and painful existence. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Blood culture and sensitivity are to be done. CBC, CRP, RA, anti U1 RNP, ANA levels, NS1 test and skin biopsy can make a diagnosis. If not do a blister fluid PCR. Take tab Tylenol for aches, fever etc., tab Nattalins Rx for a week, antibiotics according to susceptibility, Levocetirizine for a week.

CXR, ECG, stool examination can be done. Take antioxidants, amla, aloe vera, fruits, juices and boiled vegetables. Do the above mentioned and take an appointment from an infectious disease specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
