What Causes Body Rashes And Fever?
Looking for a disease that would explain this case: 14 y/o Chinese adopted girl who always since an infant has gotten a rash with fevers. The rash was minor when young. Now, hot and swollen and very painful . Rashes show up on her joints and butterfly pattern on her face. Lupus has been tested for and RA. See was sick 3 times since this Christmas with this. any illness even a cold leads to these symptoms.

The butterfly rash on face warrants an investigation with serum ANA estimation to search for SLE like autoimmune condition. You have not mentioned the result of her lupus test.
If SLE report negative than allergic rash could be possible. She can be prescribed levocetirizine like antihistaminic drug for five days.
