General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Body rashes and dry heaving in an infant is suggestive of possible allergic reaction. It is best to follow up with the emergency room/pediatrician as soon as possible. Try to identify any triggering factor including food, medications etc for such a reaction and avoid the triggers in the future.
Make sure that while introducing new food items, give only one specific item at a time. This will make it easier to identify the allergenic foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
