What Causes Body Pain, Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?
I m trying to look for possible cause of my adult daughter symptoms which began 2 days ago: whole body aches, shaking and freezing yet she says she was burning up; loose watery stools about every hour; stomach pain that feels as if she s done lots of ab exercises; low back pain that s sensitive to touch; headache. Denies any increase urination frequency, burning or urgency. She says urine is clear and not dark or cloudy. Note: she is presently living in Czech Republic.

That sounds like mild sepsis of digestive origin.A digestive infection, which is likely the cause here can give you all the symptoms you describe.The infection could be of viral, bacterial or parasitic origin.I will suggest she gets a stool exam/culture to identify the microb in cause.Loss of ions through diarrhea can further aggravate the symptoms, she may also do a simple ionogram.A full blood count test will also be useful.I will advise she goes to the hospital for examination and work-ups.In the meantime, she can take pain/anti-pyretic medication like paracetamol, anti-spasmodic like spasfon, oral rehydration salt and zinc tablets to help control her pains and watery stool while waiting for an etiological management.
