General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This bodyache, high fever need to be investigated properly.

It could be either due to viral fever or bacterial infection but one can comment only after taking medical history and thoroughly clinical examination.

You should undergo some routine blood tests,ESR,ECG to rule out infection and to check the heart status.

In my advice, you should consult physician and meanwhile you can take symptomatic over the counter treatment like analgesics and antipyretics.

Regards,
