What Causes Body Chills, Fatigue And Dark Urination?

I have been sick since last Monday, I ve had chills but no feaver, I m tired and I have a cough I also have this horrible taste in my mouth, this is something I ve never experienced befor. The taste fallows a coughing jag and it is foul. I slept two days in a row. Any suggestions on what it is and how to treat it? Runny nose, tierd, no appetite,chills off and on , no high temp. Very dark urine. No shortness on breath, lots of flew that tastes nasty.

Dear I'm mentioning here only possible causes according to your history.

first possible cause is viral hepatitis why because you mentioned weakness and decreased appetite and high color urine.

second possible cause is malaria because you mentioned chills with high color urine (hemolytic jaundice ).

third possible cause is pneumonia you also mentioned that cough with sputam with altered taste.
other possible cause is urinary tract infection. it may gives rise to high color urine with generalised weakness.

just check for your conjunctiva is it yellow??you need to be evaluated. get it done LFT,CBP,chest x ray, urine,MP . tab.paracetamol tid you can use for chills.then

please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
