Sir I m pavan my age 21. I m suffering from illness. Early morning when I woke up my body is very heat and some pains and also no energy in my body. My body always is in heat. On my tongue yellow color pigment is there. I m waiting for your suggestion.

You can get yourself tested for typhoid, if there's any cough you can get your sputum tested for tuberculosis and get a Mantoux test. Also can go in fr urine routine microscopy with cbc
