What Causes Blurrness In Vision With Sensitivity To Light?

Hi i have been constently waking up from what ill descripe a jolt gasping for air and sometimes in my vision i see alot of white like if i hade looked into the light ..( apnea ? ) age 23 5 ft 11 inch 215 lbs do get very fatigue from walking up stairs or weight lifting running .

it may be sleep apnea. obstruction in respiration while sleeping. there is apnea of central origin. generally associated with over weight snoring habit. throat exercise may help. for central origin appliance for positive air pressure are available. should have sound sleep avoid sleeping pills. gradual weight loss exercise and breathing excercise may help.
