What Causes Blurred Vision With Heart Race?

I ve been having sudden blurred vision that comes and goes. The other night before getting in bed again my vision become blurred and I had a feeling of vertigo and felt I might get sick. I laid down and within 5 minutes it went away. I went to a eye specialist a few months ago thinking I might have a torn retnia because I was having flashing light to the left eye and blurred vision. The eye doctor could not find anything wrong. I have sleep apnea and in the mornings I have a feeling like my heart is racing and blurred vision, short of breath and have to go back to bed and set up in bed for about 10 minutes and until it goes away. What could be causing the problem?

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having palpitation with blurred vision lasting for few minutes.
These symptoms indicate transient ischaemic attack. Vascular diseases needs to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
