What Causes Blurred Vision In The Left Eye With Little Sticky Discharge?
Hello Doctor, I am 42 years old and have had cataract surgery in both my eyes 2 years ago. I have also had the YAG laser treatement done on both the eyes approximately 1 year after cataract surgery. Now, for the past few weeks I have this foggy vision in my left eye, in the morning when i wake up there is a little bit discharge and is a bit sticky . The colour of my left eye is slightly less white compared to the nornal right eye.After the cataract surgery, I have hardly had any discharge from both my eyes when i wake up in the mornings, what could this be? Please advise. Thank you.

This is eye infection due to the surgery. conjuctivitis
this needs treatment urgently Eye drops getamycin or tetracyclin
Systemic antibiotics also necessary
Revisit the opthalmologust who did the surgery
