What Causes Blurred Vision Followed By Stomach Pain?

My friend says her stomach starts to hurt then it begins to get worse. After that she says it gets hard to see then she goes completely blind. Lastly she can t hear anything. This has happened multiple times apparently, what could possibly be wrong with her?

The possibility of pain induced vasovagal syncope or stable angina or pancreatitis or appendicitis or cholecystitis etc.

Please get it done ECG, blood pressure monitoring or ultrasound abdomen or urine examination.
