What Causes Blurred Vision, Excessive Thirst, Frequent Urination, Headache, Tiredness And Thigh Pain?

Hi, I have suddenly developed some pretty concerning symptoms gradually over the last few months. My boss recently pulled me aside and wanted to know if I ve ever had my sugar checked before?? With that being said should I go to the ER if I m experiencing the following symptoms: blurred vision, excessive thirst, frequent urination, headache, EXTREMELY TIRED suddenly, and a strange feeling in my left upper thigh that s very painful, but I haven t injured my leg?? Please advise what you think. Thank you :)

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given, and understand your concern.
The various symptoms mentioned are all suggestive of increased blood glucose or possibly seting in of diabetes. Therefore, get a fasting, PP blood glucose level and HbA1c% check done. That will clear the doubts. If diabetes is diagnosed initiate the treatment with appropriate drugs, diet control and regular exercise for about 1 hour and also maintain a near normal weight. Do not delay. Thanks.
