What Causes Blurred Vision, Dizziness And Rise In Heart Rate?

Hi I have been experiencing pins and needles, blurred vision, lightheaded, a fast heart rate and a pounding headache especially after exercise. I collapsed during a football game a month ago and underwent an angiogram which was reported as all clear. Today I experienced these symptoms again and am very concerned about my health. Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You had collapsed one month before and underwent angiogram which was all clear. In that case, this cannot be heart related problem. over and above, the doctors must have checked your other health parameters also before one month. They were satisfied that you are clear of any health problems and then they left you satisfied. Keeping all the abvoe in mind, the present symptoms seems to be due to panic reaction to that incident. You are having anxiety attacks. Don't worry. I suggest you to consult a psychologist for psychotherapy methods. Believe your doctors and stop worrying about your body.
