Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details, I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that most commonly dehydration, anemia, hypoglycemia or nutritional deficiencies can cause low blood pressure and its symptoms of blurred vision and dizziness.

Kindly get the following tests done and consult a physician personally:
1. CBC
2. Vitamin B12
3. Thyroid Profile
4. RBS and HbA1c

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
