What Causes Blurred Vision And Photophobia?

My optometrist is sending me to an eye specialist due to what she referred to as puff balls noted in my eye exam. She stated it could be due to an inflammatory response. The reason for my eye exam was blurred vision and increased photophobia after 6 months of daily Myambutol medication. I did not think of asking her at the time what the technical medical term for Puff balls in my eyes would be.

Myambutol or ethambutol is given for tubeculosis.
side effect of this drug are optic neuritis or visual disturbance, red green color blindness, peripheral neuropathy, liver dysfunction etc.
puffy eyes I guess your optometrist was referring to conjunctivitis only as you have not mentioned any visual disturbance.
Go to opthalmologist but don't stop myambutol in mean Time if you have not completed course for t.b
good luck
