Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have one blind eye and just started taking Paroxetine. Paroxetine is a SSRI drug but the drug also have anticholinergic side effects. The drug is known to cause sedation, blurred vision, constipation, dry eyes, dryness of mouth etc side effects. So blurred vision is occurring due to side effect of paroxetine. If the blurring is causing impairment in vision and day to day functioning then I'd advise you to consult your psychiatrist again and ask for dose adjustments.

Reduction of doses should reverse these side effects. But if symptoms still persist then ask for other SSRI that is free of such side effects. Escitalopram or Fluoxetine are relatively safer drugs in terms of such side effects. Ask your psychiatrist for these drugs.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
