I m a white male 49 yrs old non smoker and drink a beer once in a blue moon. Twice in the last three days my hands turned blue both times I thought I had got something on my hands and washed the with warm water and soap and my left had doesn t clear up as quick. I have a numbness this time running down my left arm but I thought I just slept on it wrong but really know. I m not breathing hard and feel no pain. I stretched just now by hanging from a bar and numbness left.
