What Causes Blood To Drip From Penis During Defecation?

Maybe this falls under your answer earlier, but when I deficate, blood drips from my penis. This is the second time today it happened. First time I didnt think much of it. It semed to happen after drinking coffee and I had to deficate after because it felt like back pressure was there. Could this be a broken vessel? I am an electrcian and was crawling under a house for the last couple of days, could I have injured myself there?

Hello,

The given symptoms of blood dripping from penis could be due to infection and it is not the broken vessel.

Second, it could be stone condition which is pretty common disease and for that, I would advise you to get done the x-ray or lower abdomen, blood test and urine test without these condition cannot be differentiated or diagnosed, this is the symptom which cannot be neglected.

I always ask my patient those comes with such symptom of hematuria, to get done all the necessary investigation before treating the symptom, only care need to be taken is drink plenty of water have bed rest till diagnose the case.
