What Causes Blood To Appear On Each Bottom Wipe?
kind of personal...5 days ago I was not feeling well and had bad diarhhea..about the 5th time that day it burned....every day since when I wipe blod appears and it is very tender. Also, I noticed that just inside the ectum it is puffy.

May be your suffering from hemorrhoids or fissure in another along with sentinel pile.
And not mentioned blood in stools (mixed), or observing fresh blood.
Take plenty of water
Temporary treatment for diarrhoea (tab.
Metronidazole thrice, tab. Ciplox 500 twice,
and probiotics.
Consult surgeon for per rectal examination, he will confirm the cause by proctoscope.
