What Causes Blood Rushing Down The Waist Like Sensation After Standing Up?

When I stand after sitting for a while I get an extreme feeling of blood rushing from my waist down. I have high blood pressure and take meds to control it. I recently quit smoking , maybe I need my meds adjusted? I ve only noticed this since I quit smoking.

it is good that you have left smoking.there should not be withdrawal symptom hyper tensive profile should be done and review of treatment should be done diet like restricted salt diet should be followed. life style change is requered.
