What Causes Blood Leakage From Urethra Of A Person With Pulmonary Hypertension?

My father whi has severe pulmonary hypertension from a heart valve issue has started leaking lots of blood sporatically through it appears his testicles. Wondering what may be causing this cancer??? Heart related ??? Whi should he see a urologist??

There is no correlation between pul.hypertension and bleeding per urethra ..you should go the urologist for consult...this is not a cardiac problem..
