What Causes Blood In Urine, Rashes All Over The Body And Lower Back Pain?

My 20 year old daughter has blood in her urine and a rash all over her body and low back pain. She went to an Urgent Care Friday and they did a urine culture and the results still aren t in but her symptoms are getting worse but we were told not to worry about it. Any suggestions?

Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
Your daughter may be suffering from urinary tract calculus, and or urinary tract infection.

Till you get the culture and sensitivity test reports and start with appropriate antibiotics, I will suggest you the following-

Let her drink plenty of water in the day.
Use of urinary alkalinizig agent with water.
Urinary tract analgesic like Flavoxate tablets 3 times a day for 5 days.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
