What Causes Blood In The Semen While On Benicar And Aspirin?
I have taken 20mg Benicar for years. Recently the Doctor up my daily dose to 40mg. I also take a 81mg aspirin daily. I now have blood in my semen. If I stop the aspirin and go back to 20mg Benicar it clears up. I need the aspirin to thin my blood I want to find a happy balance, but can’t get there.

Aspirin and blood thinners might cause blood in semen.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle over time.
However you can go for ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to look for any small renal or ureteric calculus or stones.
