General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on your description, it appears that you could be having anal fissures for which you are passing blood in stools. It needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by consulting a surgeon.

Kindly avoid constipation by taking soft easily digestible foods rich in fiber and drink plenty of water. Also taking stool softener like Isabgol husk powder at bedtime will help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
