General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to take an appointment with dentist. It is possible to be periodontitis or gingivitis. If the blood in saliva persist after the control with dentist you should do blood test, CT scan of thorax, and a consult with ENT.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
