General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
You seem to have prolasped hemorrhoide which is from blood vessel supplying rectum. You should not pull it out. It may break causing profuse bleeding. Its removal needs surgical assistance (hemorrhoidectomy). Please consult anorectal surgeon for specific advice. Till then avoid constipation. Take sufficient fibers and water. Use stool softener like Duphalac suspension.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
