Today while I was doing my enema (with just warm water ) I stood up to remove the tube but before I could water was flowing backwards from my rectum and back into the bag. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
first of all using laxative for weight loss(moss commonly used), doesn't cause weight loss, but it cause dehydration to a severe extent.
in your case the stimulant type of laxative cause bloody stools and may lead to severe anemia and dehydration.
i would advise to
Stop using the laxative, and consult your physician so as to rehydrate yourself.
need not panic as the condition can be reverted back to normal once you have stopped using the drug.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you
I find this answer helpful
