I ve been abusing laxatives for about two years now. I recently have discovered enemas and do them a few times a day along with frequent stimulate laxatives. Today while I was doing my enema (with just warm water ) I stood up to remove the tube but before I could water was flowing backwards from my rectum and back into the bag. There was bloody stool and blood clots. I tried to pass the remaining water and it mostly was pink from the blood. My stomach is upset and I have no idea what to do.
