What Causes Blood Coming Out Of Throat With Saliva?

hi , my son is ten years old, he had a bad throat and blood coming out of his slavia when he spits. He got hurt on his ear a day ago. But was alright.Today he also had fever. I am worried that if he got hurt from inside. because he is OK from outside.

Your child having history of trauma over ear..
So yes inner ear trauma chance can be there....
For that work up done with pharynx and otoscopy examination...
If needed and symptom worsen than CT scan might needed...

If no significant injuries there than sometime mild bronchitis or bleeding from gum can lead blood in spit.....

Conservative management with Brufen and decongestant done....
