Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having history of cancer in your family. So gastric carcinoma should be ruled out and for that primary workup USG abdomen scan should be done. endoscopy or colonoscopy can be planned if needed and your stool routine microscopic examination and rectal examination is needed. urine should be investigated for presence of pus cells bacteria if present. coagulation profile also should be check with PT, APTT like investigation. According to cause specific treatment given. Consult gastroenterologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
