What Causes Blood Clots During Menstruation?

hi. i am having clotting and not full periods this time. got simple ultrasound doc told that overies r fine but she had a doubt about utrus that it seemed bulky. she was not able to figure out wether those were fibroids or wat. will go to another fo ultrasound but is it dangerus?

Blood clots indicates heavy bleeding and generally settle by itself.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done.
