Hello dear Understand your concern It is normal to pass blood clot discharge after taking abortion pill as misoprostol cause uterine contraction. Passed out like mass of white red brown jelly is the product of conception only. It suggests abortion process is started. Light bleeding and minor abdominal pain will remain for 4-5 days. But if you have excessive bleeding and prolonged bleeding more than 7 days suggests incomplete abortion and have to consult the gynecologist. For safe practice it should be used under the guidance and observation of gynecologist. Take following advice after abortion: proper rest, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, tablet ibuprufen , maintain pelvic hygiene to prevent infection, follow up USG after 14 days to confirm retain product, choose your contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy in future.
