What Causes Bloating, Urge To Urinate And Blood In Urine?

I ve been having heavy feeling/bloating in abdomen along with feeling like I have to urinate more frequently with very mild burning/pricking sensation. Had urine test done & only thing they found was trace amount of blood & they gave me antibiotic for uti that didn t take away any of the symptoms after a week. They did ct with contrast & inside/outside ultrasound and said everything looks OK . I ve been having these symptoms for 4 weeks now. What could it be that doesn t show anything on the tests they did?

Hello hope the answer satisfies you but may I known your age and gender would have been more helpful to give a clear description.I understand as more troublesome symptom for you being bloating and Urgency(constant desire to urinate) although CT SCAN and U/S imaging all done that found normal so northing outside urinary bladder that is in bowel to put pressure and cause urgency.Urine analysis shows trace RBC no need to have much worries drink plenty of water in day time and at night last glass of water well early before bed ,small frequent meals and high fibre diet.Also avoid lying down immediately after meals and 40 minutes brisk walk provided no contraindications Ihope it will improve.But if urgency persist then you can have a inside camera view inspection of bladder(cystourtetheroscopy)after consultation with urologist.But try with simple remedies for atleast 3 weeks then get back to me kindly for feed back
