What Causes Bloating, Nausea, Headache, Rectal Bleeding, Joint Pains And Slow Reflexes?

Female 22 Hispanic 5 4 124lbs. Everytime I finish eating I feel bloated and nauseated. Then I get the chills and a headache along with it. Two months ago I saw my doctor because of rectal bleeding as well as stomach problems. I was refered to a gastroentologist after she didnt feel a hemorroid in or around my anus. I have the appointment next week. Could this be anything bad? I have also been having memory problems. As well and joint pains in my right hand. Mostly around my knuckles and wrist. Reflexes have also been feeling as if they are slower. Don t know if any of this is relevant to one another but this all happened within a couple months.

I would like your clarification about the word reflex.. If you use it in medical context then it indicate that there may be problems in your peripheral nerves
In this case, putting everything together I suspect that you may be suffering from rheumatic disorder causing joint pains, neuropathy, headaches, rectal bleeding and stomach pain
So I would suggest you visit a rheumatologist, gastroenterologist and neurologist for a comprehensive review and management of your disease
