What Causes Bloating And Stomach Pain?

i have been haveing really bad stomac pain and bloating for about three months it hurts all the time it gets worse as the day goes on and if I get to hungry it seems worse, iv been to the er twice because it hurt so bad. I had a ct and blood work done they said my liver production was a little high but no gal stones and blood work was ok.. any Idea what this could be
