Hi
PCOS are not linked with bloating or itching. For your menstrual problem I advise you to take Tab. Glucophage 500mg 1 tablet thrice daily after meals. Tab. Diane-35 1 tablet daily for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks you will menstruate then after 7 days of menstruation start Tab. diane-35 again. Complete a course of 6 months and try to lose weight. Avoid oily and junk food. A person with PCOS is at risk of developing diabetes, dyslipidemias & metabolic syndrome so losing weight is very important. Will help u in relieving symptoms too.
Your bloating will be relieved if you start brisk walk and avoid junk food.
