Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blisters on the tongue which seems to be due to aphthous ulcer known as canker sore. There can be many reasons for aphthous ulcer like irritation from hot and spicy food , acidic food , minor trauma , continue irritation from dental appliance and deficiency of vitamin like vitamin B12 and folic acid . Stress , anxiety or hectic life style could also be the reason . Usually they go away in few days without any treatment in few days or little change in diet . But if they persist for longer period as in your case then consult oral pathologist for proper diagnosis and to find out underlying cause . For now do betadine rinses .
