Hi

Sudden development of blisters over the previous wound sites could be indicative of an allergic reaction.
Such an allergic reaction could have occurred due to application of any topical irritant .
Avoid application of things like dettol ,savlon or betadine over the affected areas.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical steroid cream over the area .
