What Causes Bleeding With Cramps Post Implanon Removal?

I was bleeding for three months due to the implanon I also got headaches and huge weight gain I had it removed 2 weeks ago and I am still bleeding I don t get headaches anymore But I do get period cramps then I bleed Could this be caused by my PCOS?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Post Implanon removal, you might experience bleeding, mainly due to hormonal imbalance. It could have been taking place because of PCOS.
Hence, kindly get the following tests done.
1. Blood for FSH, LH and Prolactin levels to know about the hormone status.
2. Ultrasound scan of pelvis to know about the status of ovary and uterus.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for appropriate management.
