Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of hysterectomy rules out the possibility of bleeding from uterus or endometrium.
Thus, the bleeding is most likely from vaginal tract.
Presumption of sexual life after a long duration of time could be the possible cause of bleeding.
Abrasion or trauma to the vaginal tract can lead to painless bleeding.
If the bleeding has stopped then there is nothing to worry.
However, if the bleeding recurs, in that case you need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
