What Causes Bleeding Of Mole On Nose?

I woke up this morning and a small mole on my nose was bleeding. It kept bleeding and took a long time to stop. Should I be concerned? It has been dry in the house with the furnace, and I have been blowing my nose alot with a cold. Could this be the problem?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Bleeding from nose is common in dryness. Most of the time it doesn't indicate any serious disease. Still we should not take any chance. You should go for complete blood count and coagulation profile once to make sure that there is no any serious cause.
Treatment is chilled water and pressure application. Avoid dryness in nose and avoid trauma.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
